Haibo Chen chairs the OpenHarmony Technical Steering Committee and ACM SIGOPS. He is a Distinguished Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Huawei Fellow and Chief Scientist for Basic Software, and an ACM and IEEE Fellow.
