Ning Liu earned his Ph.D. from Northeastern University in the United States. He has published more than 40 papers in leading conferences and journals, including NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, and IEEE TNNLS, and chairs the IEEE Standards Working Group on AI for Edge Devices.
