Ying Wan is an Associate Researcher at Southeast University. He received his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University and was a visiting scholar at the University of Victoria. Before joining Southeast University, he was a Senior Network Researcher at China Mobile Cloud. His research focuses on data center networking, AI cluster interconnects, software-defined networking, and programmable data planes, with particular interests in high-speed network measurement, and traffic scheduling for large-scale AI systems. He has published 28 papers in venues including ACM SIGCOMM, USENIX NSDI, IEEE INFOCOM and IEEE/ACM ToN.
