Wei Wang directs the Open Source Technical Committee at the Singularity Intelligence Research Institute and is a professor at East China Normal University. His work focuses on open-source governance and evaluation. He led the development of China's first series of open-source governance standards and has published more than 100 papers in venues including ICSE, WWW, and ACL.
