Zhenwei Pi is the founder of Tensorfer, an AI infrastructure startup. He previously co-founded the compute pillar of ByteDance's IaaS business and is a long-time Linux kernel and QEMU contributor. His current work focuses on system-level performance bottlenecks in large-scale LLM inference, including GPUDirect RDMA weight loading and distributed scheduling.
